Delete your account

You can request deletion of your MyCookingFeed account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@mycookingfeed.com with the subject Delete my MyCookingFeed account.
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your account. If that is not possible, include the account email address so we can verify ownership securely.
3. We will confirm the request and complete any verification needed to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.

What is deleted

We delete or anonymise the account profile, preferences, follows, favourites, comments, creator connections and content associated with the account, except for limited records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud, security or dispute purposes. Creator content already made public will be removed or de-attributed as applicable.

Subscriptions and connected services

Deleting a MyCookingFeed account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in the relevant app-store subscription settings to prevent renewal. Account deletion also does not delete a connected YouTube, Instagram, Google, Apple or PayPal account; it removes MyCookingFeed's connection to it.
